The Bertazzoni Modern Series built-in oven (FMOD6117CTG3) offers a refined new interpretation of kitchen design both inside and out, providing a finish never believed to have been seen before and air fry technology.
The outcome of continuous research into innovative techniques and inspired by Italian manufacturing excellence, the unique ‘Specchio’ (mirror) finish was developed in collaboration with industrial design studio, MM Design and its creative director, Alex Terzariol.
It is the result of an advanced technological process where a thin metallic film is generated through the vaporization of solid material in a vacuum chamber and is also available in Bronzo (bronze) and Ossidiana (obsidian) options.
A contemporary, elegant and sophisticated oven with clean lines and touch controls, the new ‘space-age’ mirrored finishes add a refined decorative touch, elegantly highlighting the dark glass of the Modern Series ovens and creating a sophisticated play of reflections.
The finish seamlessly blends with the black glass of the oven door, offering a perfect combination of aesthetics, durability and superior quality.
Aside from its striking aesthetic, innovation is integrated both inside and out. With a best-in-class cavity capacity of 76-litres, the multi-function, pyrolytic cleaning oven has 11 programmes, including convection bake, grill, turbo and is further enhanced with Bertazzoni Assistant; a wealth of auto cooking modes to achieve precision cooking.
Fan technology delivers optimal heat distribution and faster heat-up times, whilst avoiding hot spots and heat shadows and Bertazzoni’s new air fry functionality launched within an extensive range of products within the Professional, Modern and Heritage Series in May 2025.
Combining a high-temperature grill with forced ventilation, the new air fry programme generates a continuous flow of hot air around the food. It ensures fast and even cooking via a dedicated tray, resulting in food that is crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside.
Reducing the use of oil, it is a healthier way of cooking and delivers excellent results in terms of browning and crispiness and eliminates the need for counter-top air fryers.
Controlled via a full touch TFT display, the product, just like all Bertazzoni ovens, installs flush to adjacent cabinets and lines up perfectly in either vertical or horizontal configurations.
In addition, thanks to Bertazzoni’s keen eye for detail, there are a number of small but important details, such as triple-glazed, anti-slam doors, heavy duty sliding racks and a removable temperature probe.
