Smeg UK

During 2020, Smeg UK ensured training of Major Domestic Appliances transitioned seamlessly into the online world as soon as possible. With Smeg’s state-of-the-art training facility officially closed in March to retailers, Smeg quickly acknowledged the changes that were needed to keep everyone informed, up to date, but most importantly, safe. The training team ensured the brand adapted to the changing times, guaranteeing that access to vital training was available throughout even the toughest months.

Smeg invested in video technology and videography equipment, to ensure online training sessions are professional, high quality and easy to navigate, to allow everyone to stay included. This enabled Smeg to fully adapt to the these testing times, ensuring retailers are confident in Smeg products and information is available to retailers nationally.

Smeg’s training sessions are interactive, visual and personalised for every group. Including video footage of the products in action, polls and interesting media, no two sessions are alike. The presentations are guaranteed to leave trainees confident and excited about Smeg as a brand, along with valuable knowledge of specific products; always tailor-made to the individual group.

Showroom tours are available to all groups using videography equipment for a professional experience, with a personal touch from Smeg’s in-house trainers to talk through the products and answer questions throughout the tour.
